As lockdown eases and we are beginning to think about returning to the workplace, or a mix of home working and workplace, it is natural that we are having a range of feelings and emotions. We can all pro-actively develop a set of skills and behaviours that will improve our inner strength, our fortitude and to better cope with challenging situations.
