The Executive Team has overall accountability for the development and delivery of occupational health and wellbeing services to ensure the requirements of our strategy and Social Mission are met.

The team members are Board directors Dr Nikki Cordell – CEO and founder, and Clare Miller – Finance and Resources Director, and also Kathryn Smith – Director of Business Operations and Sharon Woodhouse, Director of Quality and Clinical Operations. Kathryn Smith and Sharon Woodhouse jointly lead the Operations Team, the members of which are shown as follows.

Kathryn Smith

Director of Business Operations

A highly experienced operations director overseeing account management and business support functions of Cordell Health, Kathryn specialises in administration systems, contract implementation and client support.

She has many years’ experience within the occupational health sector and has worked with some of the UK’s largest corporate clients, contributing to the building of systems to enable effective communications and efficient flow of information. She has experience of running support staff teams and is the lead for onboarding our clients at Cordell Health.

Sharon

Sharon Woodhouse OBE

Director of Quality and Clinical Operations

Having joined the organisation in 2020, Sharon is an experienced Specialist Occupational Health Nurse with a strong and extensive background in occupational health service delivery, clinical governance and quality management systems.

Sharon is an expert in policy development and project management and currently supports our clients with all service delivery elements alongside her quality work within the business

Carmel Lillis

Director of Nursing

Carmel has 25 years’ experience as a Specialist Occupational Health Nurse with an MSc in Health and Safety and has a wealth of expertise in client and contract management.

She has supported clients in a variety of sectors including local government, schools, NHS, manufacturing, utilities and aviation. Carmel leads a team of nurses and specialises in screening and immunisation service delivery.

Clare Bird

Account Manager

A highly experienced account manager having supported a large NHS Trust for over 10 years with their portfolio of over 50 small-medium sized enterprise customers. Skilled in customer service, performance management and health care management with a master’s degree in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care from the University of Chichester.

Clare is one of our account management team working with some of our biggest corporate and public sector clients.

Katie Camp

Management Accountant

A highly motivated and involved business manager with management accountancy, financial analytics, and project management experience. Katie has worked with some large organisations to support their business finance and management needs, being skilled in customer service, forecasting, project planning and service efficiency.

Katie works annually on heading up the administration and delivery of our annual flu programme.

Mel Kriel

Director of Health Surveillance

With 20 years in Occupational Health, Mel is an experienced Specialist Occupational Health Nurse who specialises in supporting our clients with onsite service delivery. Mel is well versed operating within numerous client sectors with very bespoke health surveillance requirements.

Mel manages the health surveillance clinical delivery team and works with our clients to support complex requirements specific to their own organisation through health surveillance needs analysis.

Rachel Dare

Director of Training

A former senior leader of a large secondary school with 25 years of experience in management and training both within the education and the commercial sector. Rachel is responsible for designing and delivering a range of training for both managers and employees in both the private and public business sector.

Rachel leads the training and wellbeing team and offers a bespoke service tailored to the requirements of our client organisations.

Sarah Futcher

Director of Specialist Nursing

An experienced specialist occupational health nurse who has been previously been employed in senior positions in both account and clinical management roles. She has experience in several sectors including local government, manufacturing, NHS, schools and higher education.

Having worked previously as a Clinical Director Sarah is well-placed to provide a strategic view on workplace health and wellbeing and has particular expertise in the university environment.

Zoe Harris

Nurse Account Manager

An experienced Specialist Occupational Health Nurse, with experience of delivering excellent clinical care and leadership in a range of settings, including the NHS, Higher Education Institutions, Civil Service and the Armed Forces.

Zoe is a committed healthcare professional and manager who is dedicated to providing high standards of patient care and the delivery of occupational health services
