As Chairman of Cordell Health, I have overall responsibility for strategy, business performance and organisation of service delivery.

I am an accredited specialist in occupational medicine, and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FFOM), with over 20 years’ experience advising organisations on health and healthcare policy, and delivering healthcare services.

Dr Nikki Cordell

MSc MBChB FFOM

As CEO of Cordell Health, I have overall responsibility for our clinical policy, quality and assurance of the occupational health services we deliver.

An accredited specialist in Occupational Medicine, and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FFOM), with over 15 years experience in delivering occupational health services, first within the military and subsequently in the private and third sector.

Dr Natalie Green

Dr Natalie Green

BM BCh MA (Oxon) MSc MFOM

I am a Consultant Occupational Physician and have successfully completed the MFOM Part 2 examination.

I believe that the role of the occupational physician is to encourage proactive management of the workforce, to facilitate the implementation of workplace strategies that are evidence-based and efficient, and to equip employees with the psychological tools and specialist advice that they need in order to work in their roles effectively and happily.

Kathryn Smith

As Operations Director, my role is very varied and enables me to support the business in many areas, from customer service to quality management. One of my responsibilities is to oversee the daily running of the business and have an in-depth knowledge of the operations of Cordell Health in order to do so. I oversee the full journey for people, from initial enquiry, through referral, appointment arrangements and the secure processing of reports.

Mel Kriel

RGN, SCPHN

I graduated from Brunel University in 2007 as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) and have worked with a number of blue-chip companies.  I am passionate about promoting prevention initiatives and programmes to reduce sickness absence for Cordell Health’s clients. My special interest is risk assessment and helping clients streamline strategies to manage the health of their employees.
